This is the last year for local artists to paint rain barrels in Knoxville's "The Rainy Day Brush-off." It's sad that amazing programs like this, don't have the funding to keep going. This program has educated community members, enabling them to become more environmentally active. I still have to figure out what to paint for the finale...help!
